Job Summary

The Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Leader is responsible for establishing and driving the organization's project management strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role provides leadership, governance, and oversight for complex projects across multiple departments, fostering a culture of excellence in project execution, alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management frameworks, standards and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient project execution,
  • Portfolio Oversight – Oversee the planning, prioritization and management of a diverse portfolio of projects, aligning them with organizational goals and strategic initiatives,
  • Governance and Compliance – Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to methodologies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with executive leadership, business units and external partners to define project objectives, scope and success metrics.
  • Resource Management – Lead resource planning and allocation across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and development of project teams.
  • Risk and Issue Management – Implement risk management processes to proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track project performance through KPIs and dashboards, providing regular status updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, lessons learned and integrating best practices into processes.
  • Team Leadership – Build, mentor and develop a high performing project management team, promoting professional growth and accountability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field; PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or enterprise-wide role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence at all organizational levels and drive change.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
