Cleaner Position

The cleaner will provide cleaning duties in a medical environment; this includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash as well as any other necessary cleaning duties. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Shift is Monday - Friday 6pm - 2am. Basic qualifications include: Must be 18 years of age or older. No experience required and on the job training provided. No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Preferred qualifications include: Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities include: Cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures, notifying manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems, establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc., complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities, cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment, moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks, cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow or performing other incidental seasonal tasks, wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, and servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
