The Schematic Analyst works directly with retailer customers in planogram creation and production. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-directed, and have a strong understanding of retail merchandising and buying processes. Responsibilities include working with retailer personnel to create planograms using preferred technology platforms, analyzing sales data, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail to meet segment and brand flow metrics. Emotional maturity and discipline are essential for on-site retailer work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines for assigned categories, often at retailer direction
• Manage category review process and planogram execution as defined by retailer
• Create planograms based on retailer-defined flows, adjacencies, and space definitions
• Ensure planogram quality to meet assortment, innovation, and shelving metrics
• Utilize sales data to facilitate planograms with appropriate supply and pack-out metrics
• Make assortment decisions using sales and shopper data to support cluster and size-specific planograms

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of retail experience
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of space management platforms (JDA, Symphony Gold, Spaceman) preferred
