We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to support operational strategy through deep financial analysis and business insight at Boise State University. This role is ideal for someone who can not only crunch the numbers but also interpret what they mean and explain them clearly to leadership. Working closely with the Controller, the Business Analyst will provide critical support in responding to client requests, evaluating operational changes, and generating insights that drive business decisions. This is not an accounting role it's about connecting data to action. Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep financial and operational data dives to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for example, analyzing the financial impact of location closures or service changes on campus.
