The Email Lifecycle Developer will be responsible for designing, coding and testing emails that nurture customer relationships throughout their journey with our brand Balsam Hill US. This position reports to the CRM Marketing Manager and is based in our Boise office location. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office. What youll do: Build/ Code visually appealing and responsive HTML/ CSS email templates to be compatible with Optimail Develop and modify email templates and existing campaigns, including editable modules so templates can be reused Test compatibility and proper rendering across different email clients and devices, and perform A/ B testing to optimize campaign performance Develop rule-based email templates that integrate personalized dynamic content elements, automate workflows and configure link tracking Implement customer segmentation strategies and manage email streams and sequences that engage cus...Email, Developer, Lifecycle, Marketing Manager, Business Services
