Job Details

Manage, lead, support, and/or carry out planning and design of wastewater projects. Develop technical treatment strategies, select treatment processes, and develop process design criteria. Perform detailed technical engineering analysis. Prepare construction documents and support needs for construction management/commissioning. Prepare technical reports. Coordinate with internal technical specialists in all practice areas and discipline design professionals for project delivery. Supervise, mentor, teach, and train staff. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on both regional and national levels. Lead and/or participate in business development activities that include client development, project pursuits, and project interviews Develop scope, schedule, and budget for successful pursuits. Help grow a local and regional team. Required Qualifications: 10-20 years of experience in Wastewater Engineering. B. S. degree in Civil, Environmental, or Biological Engineering.
