What You Will Be Doing

• Pioneer the integration of advanced RAG vector stores for intelligent defect detection and resolution
• Orchestrate AI development agents to accelerate feature delivery in cloud-native environments

Senior Java Developer Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of AI-enhanced features that revolutionize service provider capabilities and optimize operational workflows
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of 4+ years building production-grade server-side web applications
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI tools like Github Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev (traditional ML experience alone won't cut it)
• Enthusiasm for incorporating GenAI into your development workflow

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
