Stay on top of all grand openings and events, tracking key dates, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Monitor each teammate's workload to ensure balanced priorities, reassigning or flagging tasks as needed.
Attend new-clinic and status meetings alongside the CMO, capturing detailed notes and pushing next steps forward.
Own Teamwork management: assign tasks, set timelines, monitor progress, and hold accountability.
Assist with coordinate printing, signage, and swag—oversee logistics end to end.
Supportcontent strategy, especially for social media (templates, proofing, calendar oversight).
Partner with Brandon to launch, track, and optimizepaid social campaigns.
Leademail marketingvia Mailjet—template creation, segmentation, sending, and reporting.
Runtext/SMS campaignsvia Twilio—workflow creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
Supportorganic SEO efforts—review blog outlines/content, proofing, and scheduling for publishing.
Help identify underperforming clinics and brainstorm solutions to improve performance.
Represent the CMO in select meetings.
Be proactive—spot bottlenecks or issues early, propose fixes before they escalate.
3–5 years' experience in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles
Hands-on familiarity with Teamwork, Mailjet, and Twilio or other project management, email marketing, and text-based marketing tools.
Strong background in digital/organic marketing: social media, email/SMS, SEO, content workflows.
Highly organized with top-tier multi-tasking and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
Naturally initiative-driven and solution-oriented, not needing step-by-step guidance.
Positive attitude, team-focused, and genuinely invested in collective success.
Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-location brand settings.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
Exposure to traditional marketing elements—print, event coordination, swag logistics.
