Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.
