We are assisting a client in its search for a full-time, on-site EAP Counselor in Boise, ID. The role will be working with employees who, as content moderators, perform the crucial service of evaluating user-generated content for its potential to harm others. The position is 100% on-site with no remote work opportunities. The On-site Counselor establishes a trusted relationship with the personnel they support through one-on-one and group sessions, as well as ongoing wellness programming, specifically designed to improve resiliency and mitigate the impact of viewing disturbing images and content. Our counselor will assist the employee with family and work-related concerns, so they feel more supported and able to perform at their best in all aspects of their lives.
