The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager leads the HR function for a large, unique, or complex site and serves as a strategic partner to site / functional / regional leadership. This role is accountable for executing people strategies that support organizational goals and delivering results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to :

  • Lead the HR function to align talent strategies with operational and business priorities.
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to build capability, support succession planning, and drive effective program execution.
  • Advise site leadership on workforce design, employee engagement, talent retention, and performance management to strengthen organizational outcomes.
  • Drive change management and leadership development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
  • Oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide HR programs and ensure compliance with site-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities that impact site performance and culture.
  • Model enterprise values and coach leaders to foster a consistent, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education and Required Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is desirable.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including several leadership roles, supporting large or complex sites.
  • This position has access to technology regulated by U.S. export controls. Therefore, any job offer will be contingent upon the applicant's ability to comply with these export control regulations.

US Citizen or lawful permanent resident or a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act.

Skills Required :

  • HR systems and analytics : Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, data analysis, and leveraging insights to inform decision-making.
  • Change leadership : Skilled in leading organizational change initiatives, managing transitions, and building change readiness across teams.
  • Employment law expertise : In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance in complex scenarios.
  • Organizational development : Strong capability in designing and driving organizational development strategies to improve structure, culture, and performance.
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Organized, self-motivated team player, able to work well under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization as well as directly with key customer contacts
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures and practices to achieve objectives.
  • Self and Independent management of workload and business demands.

This role is a Monday-Friday in-office position at the Meridian, Idaho business unit.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required tostand;walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and identification, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally clean; however, this position may be exposed to occasional dust, metals / solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE where required. Otherwise, office / business casual attire is appropriate.
