About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator who is willing to work in the field and whose primary responsibility is to operate a dozer safely and efficiently. This person must be willing to carry out company policies and values while thriving in a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage- Depending on demonstrated abilities
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
- 401K plan available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee's eligible wages.

- Must have 2 years of dozer experience working with subcontractors. setting grade, and backfill
- Ability to understand and follow the grade
- Understanding of soil types and knowledge of shoring, bracing, and sloping
- Daily work plans, reports, and timecards
- Lift 50 pounds
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or company security operations for the protection of people and property.
- Project Location - Boise, Idaho
- Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
- 2 years of dozer experience
- Current and valid driver's license
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Pre-employment drug testing is required
- Criminal background check required
- Adhere to all safety requirements
- Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
