Position: Engineering Team Lead

Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses, and Boats, has an immediate opening for a Engineering Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor an engineering team to develop innovative products.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers, product development, and testing teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
3. Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
4. Drive innovation in marine technology, materials, and processes to improve product performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., NMMA, USCG standards).
7. Oversee BOMs to ensure accurate costing.

Qualifications:

Experience in the industry and manufacturing processes is preferred.
