Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Seasonal Intake Coordinator! In this crucial role, you'll be the welcoming voice our customers encounter first. Your responsibilities will include managing phone communications, entering work orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring their concerns are met with effective solutions, all while maintaining a friendly and personable attitude. If you're organized, outgoing, and have a passion for helping others, this is your chance to grow your skills in an exciting start-up environment at Bish's RV. This position is based out of our Dealership Support Center in Meridian, ID. We are looking for candidates available for part-time hours from 10 AM to 2 PM or 12 PM to 4 PM, with a preference for Monday and Friday availability. Candidates must be able to work at least two days a week, falling within Monday to Friday. The pay range is between $15-18 per hour, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for both inbound and outbound calls
• Assist customers by understanding their needs and answering questions with a positive, upbeat demeanor
• Schedule service appointments and guide customers through the next steps
• Accurately document customer RV or trailer concerns to create service requests for our virtual master technicians
• Connect customers seeking updates with the appropriate departments

• Outstanding communication skills with a confident and friendly phone presence
• Strong multitasking capabilities, especially with multi-line phone systems
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
• The ability to follow basic phone scripts while showcasing your friendly personality
• A positive, adaptable attitude suited for a fast-paced environment
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
