POSITION:Director of Operations
JOB OVERVIEW
The DFCDirector of Operationswill oversee and optimize operations across core divisions, including
Warehouse and Logistics, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. This role focuses
on streamlining workflows and leveraging innovative systems to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and exceed customer expectations. This individual will translate organizational goals into actionable plans, aligns operational strategies with business growth priorities, and promotes cross-team collaboration to drive measurable results. Additionally, this leader provides insights on performance and represents DFC with professionalism in both community and industry settings, ensuring sustained success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across multiple locations, ensuring streamlined
workflows, timely deliveries, and reduced job site issues.
•Lead, develop, and hold accountable high-performing warehouse teams, fostering a culture of
ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
•Design and implement training programs to strengthen capabilities in inventory management,
product staging, and error-free fulfillment.
•Monitor and refine operational KPIs—including load-out speed, inventory accuracy, and staging
efficiency—to drive measurable performance gains.
•Optimize inventory control and supply chain processes to minimize shrinkage, reduce delays,
and improve order accuracy.
•Enforce safety standards and proactively identify risks to maintain secure, compliant, and efficient warehouse environments.
•Champion EOS best practices through effective Level-10 meetings, alignment with the VTO,
and reinforcement of core values and documented processes.
•Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear timelines, ownership, and
accountability across all operational teams.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, and customer service to
ensure operations align with customer expectations and support flawless execution.•Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at industry events, building strong
relationships and strengthening Dillabaugh's reputation in the marketplace.
