Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Full Time Cook to support the Food and Nutrition Services Department. The position is responsible for preparing nutritious food for patients, staff and visitors in our care! Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Two years of experience in food production required. What You Will Do: Prepare food in accordance with established menus, recipes, nutrition guidance and sanitary/safety standards. Anticipate levels of doneness and produce a high degree of aesthetics in the preparation of food. Safely clean and operate all equipment and food preparation areas.
