Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Boise, ID 83702 (Onsite during training, then Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 /hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST

Position Overview

Join a growing team as a Data Entry Specialist supporting a major data migration initiative. In this role, you'll provide critical support to the Customer Service department by accurately entering and managing customer information, preparing reports, and handling project documentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys solving problems, and wants to contribute to a high-impact, customer-focused operation.

What You'll Do

• Data Entry & Profile Maintenance: Accurately input and update customer profile information in internal databases and web portals
• Reporting: Compile and distribute progress reports, tracking key milestones for the migration project
• Document Management: Organize, process, and maintain forms, correspondence, and other project records
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries by reviewing and interpreting documents such as waste profiles, pricing confirmations, recertifications, and service agreements
• Basic Financial Review: Perform simple calculations to determine costs, margins, discounts, and surcharges using basic math

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: At least 1 year of data entry, administrative, or clerical support experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret documents and communicate clearly
