Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural components for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure integrity and safety.
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for structural improvements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative engineering solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, mechanics, and load calculations.
• Knowledge of national and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory.
