Key Responsibilities

• Execute projects safely, on time, and within scope
• Lead planning and coordination before and during project phases
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with contract requirements
• Manage stakeholder communications and project reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management (PM or APM) within the construction industry
• Preferred background in utility-scale renewable energy, heavy civil, or underground utilities
• Degree in Construction Management or PMP Certification preferred
• Proficient with:
• Microsoft Project
• Bluebeam
• CAD software
• Topcon GPS systems

NOTE: This position ideally is either full time travelling onsite at projects or is in-office (Prineville, OR or Bentonville, AR) with 25-50% travel to project sites. We would be willing to entertain hybrid position for a Project manager with the right experience (civil, renewable and underground utility) and 25-50% travel.
