Project management of projects where the DOD is the ultimate client, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Team management and participation projects managed by a joint venture (JV)Management of project change orders and contract modifications. Project Proposal and budget development. Management of subcontractors, including effective leadership, team communication, and performance management. Adherence to corporate and client safety requirements, expectations, and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for business development, developing proposals, and making presentations as required to win new work. Required Education/ Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of directly related project management experience. Demonstrated experience managing USACE or NAVFAC projects. Demonstrated fluency with UF - Cs, EM 385-1-1 safety requirements, Specs. Intact, Projnet/ DR - Checks and MII; and management of CUI materials.
