About the Hospital

• Full-time Permanent position
• Nonprofit hospital - qualifies for Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Acute care setting treating- Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU, and PCU
• Rehab focused setting that prioritizes patient care over productivity
• Collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
• 1:1 patient care - all private patient rooms + paid documentation
• Shared Governance - Therapists are encouraged to make decisions as a team to improve patient care

Incentives/Benefits

• Schedule: 5/8's or 4/10s
• Structured mentorship from Senior Staff PT
• $1,500/year for CEUs + Medbridge
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 1/2 weeks
• Full Benefits, 5% 401k match, competitive salary based on years of experience

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
