Job Summary

The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for supporting daily mailroom operations, including sorting incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with other administrative duties as required. This is a temporary role with no defined end date, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus.



Key Responsibilities

  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail in an organized and timely manner.
  • Assist with general mailroom operations and support team members as needed.
  • Operate mailroom equipment including postage machines and printers (training provided).
  • Perform light lifting and prolonged standing and walking during shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure mailroom environment
  • Follow internal procedures to ensure timely and accurate mail distribution.



  • Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic comfort with operating office equipment (training provided).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light packages.

  • Prior mailroom, administrative, or clerical experience is a plus but not required.
