Position Title: Implementation Consultant

Location: Boise, ID (In-office: Tues-Thurs)

Overview:

Join a dynamic team where you'll implement innovative solutions, collaborate with industry experts, and make a meaningful impact. This 6-month contract offers the potential to extend or convert, with 2 days of telecommuting per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of client services for new and returning clients.
• Integrate client data into internal systems to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate the production and delivery of deliverables, meeting project and regulatory deadlines.
• Communicate service value and customization options to clients.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on client needs and input.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure implementation success.
• Support extended work hours during peak cycles (Sept-Feb) to meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 3+ years in implementation, client onboarding, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with systems integration or automation tools.
• Knowledge of compliance standards in service delivery.
• Payroll systems and/or tax form experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $30-35/hour W2
