Maintain Clinical Employee Schedule Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care Create a supportive and empowering learning environment Document employees' progress through testing and observation Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Resident Records & Compliance Maintain accurate records of resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and deaths for state review. Update resident information, including diagnosis, code status, and physician details, as required. Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations. Monitor and follow up on standing orders per regulatory guidelines. Protect medical record security and maintain confidentiality. Documentation & Organization Work with departments to provide and organize chart forms properly. File correspondence and uphold regulatory filing requirements.
