Job Title: Property Management Assistant (Temporary, 6-Month Contract)
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $22–$24 per hour

CV Resources is partnering with a dynamic organization to fill a Property Management Assistant role on a temporary, 6-month contract. This position supports the property management team by coordinating maintenance activities, managing help desk requests, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and activities, such as re-lamping, asphalt work, and building painting.
• Oversee help desk ticket requests, ensuring timely resolution and routing to appropriate vendors or staff.
• Serve as a primary contact for tenant inquiries and address issues related to property operations.
• Assist with reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices, common area maintenance charges, and related billings.
• Schedule and communicate maintenance activities with external vendors and internal teams.
• Provide support for budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring compliance with established budgets.
• Maintain records of property management activities and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant associate degree or certifications preferred.
• Experience in property management, tenant relations, or facilities maintenance is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with property management software or systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reconciliation processes.
