12-24 month contract

hybrid 3 days onsite after 60 days (5 days onsite for training/onboarding)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex team dynamics or project issues

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to support our agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role and hold a recognized Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master).
