Summary

The Technology Business Management Analyst will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, validating, and improving capabilities under the leadership of the Technology Business Management Team Lead. This includes supporting all financial processes related to actuals, invoices, month-end reconciliations, forecasting, planning, and Vendor Management processes aimed at maximizing the value vendors bring to the Technology Team.

Essential Functions

1. Execute, facilitate, and support all financial management processes (including: invoices, accruals, purchase orders, planning, month-end reconciliations, forecasting) and all vendor management processes (including: vendor intake, evaluations, scorecards, contract renewal, communications).
2. Implement organizational, process, tooling, and governance improvements across the technology team to standardize and streamline finance management, vendor management, contract management, and asset management operations.
3. Maintain configuration and administer all tooling, including the IT Cost Model App and related ERP Financial modules supporting financial and vendor management processes, including data ETL from systems like Workday, Planview, ServiceNow.
4. Enforce adherence to financial and vendor management processes by reporting on SLAs, providing training, and guiding stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, create ROI-based business cases, and present plans to leadership.
6. Develop and maintain IT cost transparency reports and facilitate monthly operational meetings for insightful decision-making.
7. Support development of IT governance, policy, and data strategies aligned with overall strategy.
8. Additional responsibilities include onboarding contractors, supporting employees, and other duties as assigned within IT Financial and Vendor Management areas.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Adaptive, Power BI, ServiceNow.
• Experience with Technology Business Management Frameworks and tools like Apptio, Nicus, Proven Optics.
• Certification in Technology Business Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, IT, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Planning, PMO, or Portfolio functions.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure domains.
• Experience with financial management processes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools.

Travel: None

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000, based on various factors including location and experience.
