Accounting Oversight - Lead the Division's accounting functions, including financial reporting, special transaction, and general ledger accounting. Compliance & Controls - Ensure that accounting policies and internal control environment processes are effectively designed and implemented to comply with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley. Develop and administer division policies within areas of responsibility. Financial Reporting - Active engagement with Division and Corporate leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality reporting that meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders Strategic Analysis - Direct financial analysis for the Division's short- and long-term operating objectives.
