ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following outlines the primary responsibilities of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

• Provide on-site support for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced semiconductor manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to and assist in the development of detailed operational and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teamsincluding engineering, production, field service, and developmentas well as customers, to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues within tight deadlines.
• Accurately document troubleshooting activities, findings, and resolutions.
• Develop and recommend actions to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of customer equipment.
• Train customers in the proper operation and routine maintenance of equipment; respond to inquiries and provide professional customer support.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks including: updating installation status reports, maintaining project plans, revising procedures, facilitating shift handovers, generating work orders, and producing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) reports.
• Comply with all customer site requirements, applicable laws, and safety regulations as mandated by relevant authorities.
• Provide timely and detailed documentation of service activities and inspection results to management.
• Acquire cross-training and perform maintenance on additional wafer fabrication tools and equipment as assigned by management.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to provide technical service and support for local teams.
• Be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and remain on-call for urgent service requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

To successfully perform this role, the individual must be capable of fulfilling each essential duty to a high standard. The following qualifications represent the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments with dynamic workloads.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Excellent customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and piping diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a sound understanding of technical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to follow and enforce standardized procedures.
• Ability to pass customer background checks.
• Valid driver's license required.
