Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for assignment in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

This position is on-site.

This position requires an Engineer-in-Training Certification (EIT).

Responsibilities

1. Produce single-line diagrams depicting electrical power systems (208Y/120V through 480V).
2. Produce installation details, electric room layouts, tool installation connection diagrams, cable tray layouts, cable schedules, power plans, lighting plans, breaker coordination studies, and Arc Flash / Short-Circuit Current studies.
3. Support senior engineers in selection and specification of electrical equipment.
4. Provide on-site assistance during startup.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. An Engineer-in-Training Certification.
3. 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
4. Power experience with 208Y/120V through 480V.
5. A strong skill set to digitally markup drawings.
6. Working knowledge of CAD and/or BIM modeling software.
7. Experience with PTW SKM power analysis software, Easypower, and/or ETAP is a plus.
