Custodian at Witco Inc in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Boise, ID, USA Production Hourly 13.30-17.75 per hour Full Time/Part Time Witco is looking for a Custodial Worker to join our crew of AbilityOne workers. Witco has served the local community for over 50 years providing a variety of services and opportunities for people with disabilities This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining local state and private business buildings. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Performs labor associated with custodial services. + Duties include performance of custodial duties including but not limited to collecting and deposing of garbage, vacuuming, mopping, buffing, waxing floors, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas and appliances, window and glass cleaning. + Maintain outside grounds picking up debris work such as trimming, raking, weed pulling, sweeping of sidewalks, picking up debris around the property. Snow removal or application of ice melt in winter months. + Must be able to complete duties within hours scheduled. + Perform quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations. + Comply with all safety guidelines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + Basic math and reading skills + Ability to work independently + Dependability, common sense and good judgement + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to follow given instructions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Prior Custodial Experience + High School Diploma or GED Witco provides employment opportunities under a Federal Program called AbilityOne.
