Position Overview: Develop and implement an efficient strategic plan for base build capital and facilities space management across multiple departments. Coordinate a portfolio of planned capital facilities projects and influence strategic decisions. Lead multi-disciplinary efficiency projects, providing support for cost and schedule estimates and justifications for approval. Collaborate with personnel to address issues and implement corrections. Utilize data analytics to drive actions, improve performance, and achieve cost savings. Build and maintain budget models, analyze capital trends and forecasts, and perform root cause analysis for problem resolution. Provide consultation and support for base build projects to Operations, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and other departments/sites. Support executive and corporate requests. Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for equipment and process efficiencies. Conduct benchmarking activities on operational, procedural, and engineering systems. Maintain subject matter expertise in budget planning, space management, and forecasting. Collaborate with customers on funding and future budget planning for base build projects. Present and explain monthly capital requests to facilities leadership and executives. Coordinate facility budgets across labs, shops, manufacturing, and corporate units. Work with capacity planners, operations, and construction teams to calculate risk prioritization numbers. Participate in mid- to long-term infrastructure planning to support overall company goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Required skills include Data Science, Project Management, Python, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Lean Manufacturing, and Stakeholder Management.
