As a Singapore TD (Technology Development) Facilities Coordinator Principal Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for providing Facilities support for NAND TD enablement in F10, focusing on fast, accurate, and safe facilitation of FOAK WS and materials. Additionally, the role aims to enable cost efficiency for capacity tools and support safe, cost-effective NAND HVM facilitation.

Provide Technical Support, Leadership, and Expertise

  • Offer consultation and support to the TD Equipment Development team as the Technical Field Domain Expert.
  • Collaborate with vendors, Site Facilities, Global EHS, and PSM teams to support FOAK workstations, processes, and materials, including reviewing materials for safety and environmental compliance and initiating FRD for material system delivery.
  • Analyze system designs to identify improvements for performance, efficiency, maintenance, and cost savings.
  • Review tool information for facilitation requirements and work with EDE/Vendors on documentation and sign-off.
  • Lead optimization of UTR and Materials NoN Trade Ratios.
  • Benchmark engineering best practices within and outside Micron sites.

Provide Design and Project Support, Leadership, and Expertise

  • Ensure project scope aligns with customer needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to meet project objectives.
  • Review design packages for compliance and provide feedback.
  • Support equipment setup projects and monitor progress.
  • Assist with project cost and schedule estimates and justifications.
  • Supervise consultant resources and review capacity planning data.
  • Participate in capacity and scenario planning, evaluating facilitation systems.
  • Review scope, schedule, and costs for infrastructure modifications.

Support Global Initiatives Program

  • Assist in establishing program objectives, roadmaps, and cross-site alignment.
  • Support sustainability programs aligned with Microns goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 25 years' experience in Semiconductor or Facilities industry.
  • Expertise in Facilities and Semiconductor Mechanical and Process Systems.
  • Familiarity with Semiconductor Manufacturing and Facilities systems.
