Position Overview:

We seek a talented leasing manager responsible for overseeing apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The role involves marketing, direct interaction with residents, and ensuring maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating empathy and respect.
  2. Training and coaching leasing staff to optimize performance.
  3. Handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation.
  4. Ensuring lease applications are accurate and payments are collected.
  5. Conducting marketing activities and reviewing advertisements.
  6. Maintaining detailed traffic records.
  7. Scheduling and conducting property tours.
  8. Following up with prospects and orienting residents.
  9. Processing lease renewals and move-in paperwork.
  10. Maintaining resident files and ensuring move-in readiness.
  11. Coordinating move-in/out schedules and inspecting apartments.
  12. Assisting with work orders and market surveys.
  13. Planning resident activities to enhance retention.
  14. Providing exceptional service and managing resident issues.
  15. Ensuring safety and cleanliness of property grounds.
  16. Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  17. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • At least one year of leasing or management experience.
  • Experience with revenue management systems, Yardi, and customer reputation tools.

Skills:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Commitment to safety and diversity training.
