About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead the development and implementation of a strategic marketing and communications plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and communications strategies that promote and build awareness of the company's healthcare, advocacy, and educational services. This includes attracting and retaining patients, managing staff and vendors, and ensuring brand identity is consistent across all channels. The role also involves leading teams in media relations, digital communications, and patient-oriented communication, and utilizing data-driven strategies to support marketing efforts. The Vice President will work closely with executive team members to ensure that marketing and communications efforts are aligned with the company's mission and goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing and Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record in strategic planning and development. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and experience in sexual and reproductive health, as well as with 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 nonprofit organizations, is preferred. The role demands a leader with at least 5 years' of management experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and managing communication plans that advance the company's brand and mission, and will be committed to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
