Our firm, erstad, is a medium-sized architecture and interior design firm based in Boise, Idaho, and specializes in projects encompassing a wide range of sizes, scopes, and types. Our portfolio includes diverse projects, from historic renovations and urban office complexes to multi-million-dollar student centers and mountain-top ski lodges, as well as YMCA full-service camps, multi-family residential, restaurants, and community recreation centers. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are deeply passionate about their work, and we are in search of a Project Manager who shares this passion for design, thrives in a collaborative work environment, and embraces the concept that " different is good”.Working Environment and Salary:This individual will work out of our beautiful office located in the heart of Downtown Boise, ID. Here at erstad, our office has a hybrid work environment, allowing this position to work from home two days a week. The position offered is full-time with a salary of up to $125,000 /year based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of architects and interior designers to design and document a variety of projects, from small to complex.Coordinate with consultants, technical experts, and construction administrators to ensure standards are met, discuss contract documents, manage meeting notes and agendas, and communicate with the client and consultants.Balance the interests of the client and the firm throughout the design and execution of each project.Lead or participate in project progress meetings and coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and designers.Maintain a project schedule and work with contractors, the client, and consultants to ensure on-time deliverables that meet the client's needs.Represent the firm professionally and effectively in all communications.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture - REQUIREDMinimum of 10 years of experience in an architecture firmFamiliar with Revit and AutoCADSkilled in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of constructability and detailingAccomplish tasks and deadlines with direction from the Leadership TeamMulti-tasking with an understanding of scheduling to accomplish goalsTeam player with a cheerful outlookIndividuals must be local or willing to relocateA passion for design: “ different is good”3 Weeks of Paid Time Off per yearHealthcare, Vision, and Dental Insurance Coverage (team member premiums paid 100%).Life InsurancePaid holidaysTeam members can enjoy up to 2 hours of Paid Time per month when participating as a board member, committee member, or taking on a leadership role in an outside organization of their preference.We offer full tuition coverage and paid time to support team members' involvement in Leadership Boise.To express our sincere appreciation for employees who have been with us for 3, 5, and 10 years, we provide Paid Time Off, Financial Bonus, and Vacation, demonstrating our commitment to those who have dedicated their time to our team.Community: We believe in giving back to the communities where we work and live through volunteerism and financial commitments.
