Position Overview

The Director of HR leads our Human Resources functions, supporting organizational strategy related to design, staffing, compensation, and human capital management. This role leverages broad HR and business experience to foster a positive employee experience and ensure the company is a great place to work and grow. The Director works closely with Senior Leadership and our parent company to ensure alignment and compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

*This is a full on-site position based in Meridian, ID.

*Local residency required; relocation assistance available.

*Up to 10% travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR projects, policies, and programs including software, benefits, policy management, employee development, and analytics.
  2. Manage annual compensation, market reviews, and budgeting to ensure fair pay practices.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to support initiatives and provide excellent service.
  4. Collect and analyze workforce data to inform decisions and prioritize talent needs.
  5. Oversee talent acquisition and retention, including job design, compensation, recruitment, and candidate selection.
  6. Enhance employee experience, rewards, recognition, and onboarding; develop professional development programs.
  7. Partner with our parent company's HR team to ensure legal compliance and lead employee relations efforts.
  8. Provide leadership and coaching to the HR team and manage the HR budget.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience with operational and fiscal responsibilities.
  • At least 5 years' experience in compensation, employee relations, and people analytics.

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Project and change management skills.
  • Expertise in labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of job and organizational design.
  • Experience with HR software such as HRIS and ATS.
  • Strong business acumen.

Salary

$117,000 - $133,000 annually, DOE, plus benefits.
