SkyBreak Therapy is a team of therapists, and we are continuing to expand services to meet the needs within our community! We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), for our department lead, who has a passion for working with kids, and is ready to strengthen and continue developing the behavior health side of our company!

Job Summary:
Overall, you will develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues, primarily focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, supervise RBT's as assigned as well as the ABA therapy sessions, and provide training to staff and caregivers, as appropriate. This role requires a strong commitment to improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based practices.

Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Certification: Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in ABA preferred. Understanding of outpatient therapy services is a must !
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time / PRN / 1099
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits, $70,000 and up, depending on experience.
