This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree entry level to 2 years of relevant experience, who is eager to build a successful career in the legal industry.

As an Entry Level Attorney, your key responsibilities will include

• Providing legal advice to clients after thoroughly researching and understanding their legal issues.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
• Assisting senior attorneys in preparing cases and managing legal proceedings.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to stay abreast of changes and advancements in the law.
• Participating in client meetings and consultations to better understand their legal needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Attorney position must possess the following qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible for admission.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
