Role Overview: Responsible for achieving sales targets with the company's largest clients, executing account plans, and developing new business opportunities.

About Us: The Wilbert Group specializes in precast concrete products for funeral, building, and agricultural sectors, operating from multiple manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

Compensation: Base salary plus high commission; travel expenses covered at 100%, with an estimated 75% travel requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales revenue goals across assigned territories and product categories.
  2. Develop and support licensee networks.
  3. Collaborate with a team of National Sales Directors.
  4. Design and implement business and sales plans.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  6. Travel regularly to client sites and participate in industry events.
  7. Maintain CRM and sales reporting systems.
  8. Participate in performance reviews and sales training.
  9. Prepare impactful presentations for executive audiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Proven track record in B2B outside sales (4+ years preferred).
  2. Strong action/results orientation, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
  3. Excellent communication, customer orientation, and leadership abilities.
  4. Ability to analyze data and develop strategic insights.
  5. Knowledge of the funeral services industry or granite industry is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in outside sales and business development.

Physical & Work Conditions

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and driving required.
  • Moderate noise level; reasonable accommodations available.
