Serve as the primary contact for leave and accommodation inquiries, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up. Manage leave cases (FMLA, ADA, PFML, STD, LTD, parental leave) and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance. Assist the Benefits Manager with day-to-day benefits administration and employee inquiries. Provide back-up support to the Benefits Manager, including payroll-related tasks and new hire orientations. Manage workers compensation claims and OSHA reporting. Maintain PTO and state-mandated sick leave programs, ensuring compliance. Support critical benefits periods such as open enrollment and annual compliance processes. - - To Be Successful You Will Have - - 2 years of experience in Benefits, Leave, and Accommodation administration. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification(s) preferred. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and accommodation laws.
