POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs clerical duties related to motor vehicle registration and titling and performs work as required. An employee in this class is deputized to make clerical actions effective. The position is located in the Ada County Assessor's Office, Motor Vehicle Division. Incumbent may be required to work between Motor Vehicle satellite offices.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
A Motor Vehicle Clerk performs key clerical functions that are recurring in nature, narrow in scope, and performed under general supervision. The work requires working knowledge of registration and titling laws.
