Job Opportunity: Director of Sales - Senior Living

Join The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood life plan community, as our Director of Sales. This role is responsible for achieving sales goals established by executive leadership.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 plus commission. Relocation assistance available!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in networking, conducting tours, and sales presentations to prospective residents.
• Experience in senior living sales, including Independent and Assisted Living with entrance fees, is preferred.
• Experience in marketing events, community engagement, and networking.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and community stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license.
