What You'll Do:

1. Ability to travel up to 80%.
2. Perform product implementation and conversion services for assigned clients.
3. Analyze and interpret client operational needs and determine initial system configuration accordingly.
4. Perform data mapping and conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment.
5. Advise and institute best practices relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products.
6. Consult with and provide direction to software end-users; assist end-users with the day-to-day operation of system software including charting, MDS workflow, clinical reporting, and survey preparedness.
7. Serve as a knowledge expert resource for specific user applications and as the point of escalation for application-specific issues.
8. Identify ongoing application system issues and initiate communication of revisions and best practices.
9. Perform system and business process reviews to identify inefficient processes and recommend productivity gains using Yardi software.
10. Manage software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.
11. Research, analyze, and resolve software functionality and reporting problems.
12. Identify when client issues need escalation and determine appropriate support resources.
13. Evaluate company resources and software functionality to prioritize and respond to client requests; provide recommendations regarding ancillary products and services.
14. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and maintain high customer service standards; complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent; Skilled Nursing and MDS experience preferred.
2. 1-2 years of Yardi domain experience and/or ability to manage and resolve client issues independently.
3. Proven project management and customer relationship management skills.
4. Successful collaboration with Cloud Services, development, and escalation teams.
5. Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Client-centered focus and commitment.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, relational databases, SQL/Oracle, CMS, and State Regulations including MDS requirements.
9. Respectful and dignified treatment of all employees and clients.
10. Understanding of the Senior Living industry and best practices.
11. Working knowledge of clinical practices.

Ideal if you have:

• MDS Coordinator Certification or Director of Nursing experience.
