Job Summary/Basic Function:
The director provides overall direction for Boise State Professional and Continuing Education (PACE), including strategic vision and leadership of PACE staff and trainers.

Level Scope:
Spends over 50% of time achieving organizational goals through subordinate staff, managing professionals with autonomy, and overseeing resources to meet departmental objectives while ensuring policy and process compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7 years relevant experience, including 3 managerial years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree, 8+ years relevant experience, including 5 managerial years; 2 years in a PCE setting.
