Are you a detail-driven, action-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Hawkins is looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Accounting team! You'll play a critical role in managing cash flow, overseeing AP/AR processes, and keeping our financial operations running smoothly across multiple banks and accounts.

What You'll Do

Lead AP/AR Operations

• Review and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Mentor and manage AP/AR staff with regular 1:1s and annual performance reviews.

Oversee Cash Management

• Manage multiple lines of credit (LOCs).
• Oversee 12 banking relationships and 65 bank accounts.

Drive Cash Flow Planning

• Reconcile daily cash activities and develop cash flow projections to support business growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of treasury/cash management experience.
• Strong background in managing multiple bank accounts and financial platforms.
• High proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
