Summary

This role requires unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, or techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Operates in complex disciplines critical to the company's success. Provides highly innovative solutions and exercises independent judgment. Develops strategy, sets functional policy, and may lead large, cross-division teams or projects. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function. The role involves a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates broad technical leadership impacting significant technical direction.
• Develops innovative solutions to complex problems, focusing on strategic and creative problem solving.
• Designs solutions, applying appropriate technologies, and leads the design of complex infrastructure and software solutions.
• Manages global maintenance services across various technology areas or functions.
• Leads technical discussions with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and align with business needs.
• Implements complex end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services independently.
• Integrates technical expertise with business understanding to create superior solutions.
• Analyzes business requirements and designs scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Designs, prepares, and executes unit tests, considering testing as a core component of software development.
• Stays updated with industry trends and technologies to support software evolution.

Typical Education

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with Microservices/Event-Based Architecture, SQL + ORM (Entity Framework or Dapper), Change Data Capture tables, Azure Serverless Functions/Eternal Orchestrations, Terraform, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
