Responsibilities

• Guide clients through buying and selling properties, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Perform market analysis to stay updated on real estate trends in Meridian.
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering expert advice.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements for clients.
• Organize property viewings and open houses.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys.
• Generate leads through various channels to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Idaho.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience or 6 closed transactions.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient with real estate software and marketing tools.
