About the Role

KPMG is seeking a Federal Capture Director to join our Federal Proposal and Management Consulting organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the development and execution of win strategy and capture plan for all assigned deals; position KPMG to win and maximize market competitiveness.
  2. Lead the development of Basis of Estimate (BOE) for each deal; analyze requirements and identify capability gaps.
  3. Lead pursuit/account teams in developing and executing Stakeholder Engagement Plans for each deal.
  4. Advise on teaming strategies; engage Service Networks and SMPs to develop complete solutions.
  5. Manage and maintain a Capture Project Plan; lead pursuit teams through weekly progress reviews and provide monthly updates.
  6. Contribute to education on capture best practices within Federal Advisory, including updating templates and training content.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum ten years of recent experience, preferably in a professional services organization supporting capture efforts.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
  3. Experience leading large and strategic captures ($50M+).
  4. Understanding of Federal government contracts and procurement processes (FAR); ability to manage entire capture lifecycle.
  5. Organized, detail-oriented, able to support multiple teams, and effective in communication and leadership across organizational levels.
  6. Travel estimated at no more than 10%.
  7. U.S. Citizenship required; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
