The Global Service Delivery Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing procurement activities, ensuring effective procurement of goods and services, and ensuring timely and efficient responses to business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and supplier management. Responsible for performing business process & system administration duties in the Source-to-Pay Center of Excellence organization, supporting Procurement Operations.
The Global Service Delivery Manager will lead the North America team and be the point of contact for all operational activities conducted for US and Mexico sites. It is expected that the Global Service Delivery Manager directs the activities of buyers and expediters to accomplish company objectives. This position will work closely with Compliance, Category managers, Warehousing, Accounts Payable, and Business partners.
